Non Agriculture (N.A.) land conversion (Land NA approval)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  1. 7/12 or record or rights of the proposed lands in original x4 copies.
  2. 6-A mutation entries in originals x each 4 copies.
  3. 8-A Khate Utara in originals x each 4 copies.
  4. All the details about crop cultivated previously in land
  5. Mutation entries letter (Fer-Far)
  6. Land Map from concern authority
  7. Copies of location plan and site plan
  8. NOC from PMRDA for NA permission
  9. NOC from the person whose boundaries abutting other survey number (If applicable)
  10. NOC from Highway, PWD or other authorities (If applicable)
  11. NOC from Gram Panchayat or Municipal councils
  12. Certificate from talathi saying the land is not under acquisition
  13. No dues on the land from co-op society
  14. Consent from the person whose name is mentioned in the other rights column
  15. If the land is Inami copy of the permission from competent authority
  16. Receipt of recent tax payment
  17. If the land comes under Naveen shart provisions then permission from Divisional Commissioner
  18. Gut book plan of the concern land issued and certified by the district inspector of land records x 4 copies.
  19. Certified measurement plan of the land survey from district inspector of land records x 4 copies.
  20. Layout plan showing internal roads, open spaces, etc. duly signed by the applicant andthe architect x 8 copies.
  21. Registration certificate of the architect x 2 copies.
  22. Appointment letter for the architect x 1 copy
  23. Complete revenue search for at least 30 years x 4 sets.
  24. Power of attorney for the constituted attorney if appointed by the land holders x 2 copies.
  25. Grant in right of way documents if access road is obtained from the adjoining owners x 2 copies.
  26. NA application in prescribed form x 4 copies.
  27. N.O.C. from local authority for conversion of land used x 2 copies.
  28. N.O.C. from land acquisition department.
  29. N.O.C from pollution board for industrial NA.
  30. Authentic documents to prove existence of adequate water source.
  31. Provisions to be adopted for sewage, drainage and disposal system.
  32. Provisions for adequate infrastructure in the case of vast layouts.
  33. Sales permissions” for tenanted lands under layout.
